Which 100cm electrode cord fits my Tap 2.0?

Check the front of your device, just under the colour name. If it carries a 'Tap 2.0 USB-C Edition' badge, you need the USB-C cord. If there's no badge, your Tap is the original USB-micro model and takes the USB-micro cord. The two connectors are not interchangeable, so check before ordering.

A longer 100 cm lead for the round electrode pads — double the reach of the 50 cm cable that comes in the Tap 2.0 box. Available in two versions to match your device.

Care & longevity

Pads adhere best on clean, dry skin. Avoid applying over moisturiser, oil, or self-tanner. Re-stick to the protective film after each use and store flat, away from heat and direct sunlight. Replace when the pad no longer adheres firmly.

With clean, dry skin and careful storage, the pads typically last 20 or more uses. The larger butterfly shapes sit at the higher end of that range, the smaller electrode pads at the lower end. There’s no fixed expiry date — once a pad stops sticking firmly to the skin, it’s time to replace it.

It depends on where you wear the Tap 2.0. The XL Butterfly Back covers the lower back. The standard Butterfly is the all-rounder for mid-sized placements. The Electrode Pads pair with the electrode cord for spot placement. The Discreet Pad is the smallest for low-profile wear.

No. These pads are designed for the Tap 2.0 only. If you’ve still got the Tap 1.0, the snap-fit and adhesive backing won’t connect properly. The Tap 2.0 itself is sold separately on our store if you’d like to upgrade.

The most common reason is residue on the skin. Pads adhere best on clean, dry skin: moisturiser, oil, sunscreen, and self-tanner all break the seal. Wash and dry the area first. If a pad arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out for you.

No — these are shaped and wired specifically for the Tap 2.0 snap connectors. If you’ve got a different TENS unit, the AllCare TENS Electrode Pads on our store (compatible with Neurotrac TENS) are likely a better fit.
