Made from ultra-smooth medical-grade silicone, each ball contains an inner weight that naturally engages your muscles as you move, helping you perform Kegel exercises correctly every time.

  • Consult before use: Every body is different — postpartum status, pelvic floor tone, or prior surgery can affect suitability. A pelvic floor physio can provide tailored guidance.

  • Safety note: Avoid use during pregnancy (unless advised by a health professional), during active infections, or when experiencing pelvic pain.

How to Use

  1. Choose your starting weight — Begin with the 28 g ball if you’re new to Kegels.

  2. Apply a water-based lubricant and gently insert, leaving the retrieval cord outside.

  3. Perform Kegels — Contract and lift your pelvic floor muscles to grip the ball. Relax, then repeat.

  4. Progress gradually — Once you can comfortably complete a session, increase to the next weight or link balls if using the Set.

  5. Clean thoroughly — Wash with mild soap or a recommended toy cleaner. Dry completely before storage.

Change of Mind Purchases
