An illustration titled "How to Measure" shows leg measurements for compression socks. Diagram B indicates measuring the calf's largest part and the ankle's narrowest part above the ankle bone. A size chart lists Small to X Large with ranges for both measurements.

If your legs feel heavy, tired or achy by the end of the day β€” in pregnancy, on a long flight, or after hours on your feet β€” graduated compression can help them feel more comfortable. SRC's knee-high compression socks are firmest at the ankle and ease higher up the leg, for a supported, less-fatigued feeling through the day.

They're knit from breathable SUPPLEX yarn with a smooth closed toe, so they sit comfortably without bunching or slipping, and wear easily under everyday clothing.

SRC compression socks β€” your questions answered

Yes, many people wear them through pregnancy for tired, heavy legs and long days on their feet. They give firm, knee-high graduated support. If you want compression for a medical reason in pregnancy, check the right grade with your doctor or midwife first.

It's how firm the sock is β€” strongest at the ankle, easing up the leg, measured in mmHg. 20-30mmHg is a firm level. It's a product spec, not medical advice; if you're unsure what suits you, ask a pharmacist.

Sizes run S–XL. SRC sizes on ankle and calf measurements, not shoe size, so measure against their chart rather than guessing. Between sizes or unsure? Message us before you order.

Yes β€” they're made for everyday wear, long days standing and travel. Many people put them on in the morning, wear them through the day, and take them off at night.

A breathable blend of 43% nylon, 37% LYCRA and 20% SUPPLEX, with a smooth closed toe so they don't bunch or slip. Knee-high length, sizes S–XL.

Gentle machine wash in a laundry bag and hang to dry, like the rest of the SRC range, to keep the compression and fit.
