The Bubba Bump Peri Bottle is an upside-down, angled squeeze bottle designed for perineal cleansing after a vaginal or caesarean birth. Because the nozzle points up from underneath, you don't have to twist, bend or reach — which matters when you're sore, have stitches, or have a caesarean incision to protect. Warm water during urination dilutes the urine, so it stings less; water afterwards cleans without rubbing. Then pat dry.

How to use your peri bottle

Fill the bottle with warm (not hot) water — around body temperature is right.
Sit on the toilet as normal.
Hold the bottle upside down between your legs, angling the nozzle toward the perineal area.
Squeeze gently. Use it while you urinate to reduce stinging, and afterwards to rinse.
Pat dry with soft toilet paper or a clean cloth rather than wiping.

Most people use a peri bottle for the first one to four weeks after birth. Keep one in each bathroom you use.
