The Kiwi is a dual-motor comfort device for people who find intimacy or entry uncomfortable. Three massage ends let you work externally around the vulva, perineum, inner thighs and glutes, or ease into shallow entry at your own pace — with you deciding how far and how fast.

Designed by The Pelvic People, Kiwi is commonly used by people working through vaginismus, pain with entry or a pelvic floor that never quite lets go. It's in stock in Australia and ships discreetly from our warehouse, free.

What it does:

  • Two motors at different frequencies — one buzzy, one rumbly — so you can choose a lighter or deeper setting.
  • Two broad external ends for the vulva, perineum and surrounding muscles.
  • A short tapered end (1.3–2.5 cm) for gentle, shallow entry when you're ready — never before.
  • Made to be used on your own or with a partner, for comfort and for pleasure.

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Experience tightness or discomfort with entry and want to start externally.
  • Want one tool for both relaxation and pleasure.
  • Prefer to progress at your own pace rather than through set sizes.

Consider something else if you:

  • Want graduated sizing to work through step by step — a dilator set is the better tool for that.
  • Are pregnant or recently postpartum — check with your pelvic health physio first.

Technical specifications:

  • Body-safe, medical-grade silicone
  • Four adjustable speeds, two motors
  • USB rechargeable, water-resistant
  • Width 8.3 cm · Height 8.9 cm · Tapered end 3.8 cm long, 1.3–2.5 cm diameter

In the box: Kiwi massager, storage bag, charging cable, user manual, access to The Pelvic People's online video guides.

Use only water-based lubricant with the Kiwi — silicone-based lubricants degrade silicone devices. Our YES WB is a good match.

How to Use Kiwi:

1. Start Broad: Begin by releasing tension in areas like the lower abdomen, inner thighs, and glutes.

Tension in these areas can contribute to internal muscle tightness. Experiment with different massage ends and vibration settings to find what feels best.

2. Ride the Bikini Line: Explore around the vulva, clitoris, and perineum.

External stimulation can help relax the pelvic floor, desensitise pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum and gradually explore other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive: Ease into penetration at your own pace.

Shallow insertion combined with clitoral vibration can retrain your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable during intimate activities.

Kiwi Pelvic Massager FAQ

Straight answers about the Kiwi — a dual-motor comfort massager from The Pelvic People that works externally and for gentle, shallow entry. What it is, how to use it, how it compares to a wand or dilator set, and how to care for it.

The Kiwi is a small, dual-motor vibrating massager designed for people who find intimacy or entry uncomfortable. It has three massage ends: two broader surfaces for external use around the vulva, perineum, inner thighs and glutes, and a tapered end (3.8 cm long, 1.3–2.5 cm across) for gentle, shallow entry when you're ready. The two motors run at different frequencies — one buzzier, one deeper and rumblier — across four speeds, so you can choose what feels comfortable rather than what the device decides for you. It's made from body-safe silicone, rechargeable and water-resistant. Think of it as a tool for building comfort at your own pace, on your own or with a partner.

Both — and that's the point of it. Most people start externally, using the rounded ends with a little water-based lubricant around the vulva and perineum until the area feels warm and relaxed. The tapered end is there for when, and only if, you want to progress to shallow entry. It's deliberately short and narrow at the tip, so you stay in control of depth. There's no requirement to use the internal end at all; plenty of people use the Kiwi externally only.

Give yourself time and privacy — this isn't something to rush. Charge it fully first. Apply water-based lubricant (silicone-based lubricants can damage silicone devices). Start on the lowest speed with one of the broad external ends, resting it on the outer vulva, perineum or inner thighs and letting the vibration do the work. When you feel ready, you can try the tapered end at the entrance, going only as far as feels comfortable. Five to ten minutes is plenty to begin with. Stop if anything feels sharp rather than simply unfamiliar. If you're working with a pelvic health physiotherapist, bring the Kiwi to your next appointment — they can show you how it fits into your plan.

They do different jobs. A pelvic wand is a curved, firm tool for reaching specific internal muscle points — precise, but it assumes you're already comfortable with insertion. A dilator set gives you graduated sizes to work through step by step, which is the better choice if your goal is to progress through sizes over time. The Kiwi sits before both of those: it combines external massage and vibration with a short tapered end for shallow entry, so it suits people who aren't ready for a wand or a full dilator programme yet, or who want something that's also pleasurable to use. Many people use a Kiwi first and a dilator set or wand later. If you're unsure, email us — Jade is happy to help you choose.

The Kiwi is made from body-safe silicone and is water-resistant, so cleaning is simple: wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, rinse well and pat dry before storing it in the pouch provided. Don't submerge the charging port. Charge with the included cable — a full charge takes a few hours and gives you multiple sessions. Only use water-based lubricant with it. Keep it to yourself rather than sharing, and check it occasionally for any wear to the silicone.

Yes. The Kiwi ships from our stock in Australia in plain packaging with nothing on the outside describing what's inside, and your bank statement shows Blossom Pelvic Health. Shipping is free on orders over $100, so it's free on the Kiwi. If you have a question before you buy — whether it's the right fit for you, or how it compares to something else we stock — email us. You'll get an answer from a pelvic health physiotherapist, not a script.
