Intimate Rose pelvic wands: trigger-point release and pelvic muscle relaxation

Intimate Rose pelvic wands are S-shaped silicone tools designed for internal pelvic floor trigger-point release. The range has four versions: Original (still pressure), Vibrating (10 settings, Green or Blue), Temperature Therapy (warmth or cool retention), and Bendable (43 cm with custom-angle lock).

Your pelvic physio will recommend the right one. Some people do best with the Original. Others benefit from temperature work: warmth for tightness, cool for nerve sensitivity. The Vibrating wand is often chosen for pain, blood flow, and desensitisation. The Bendable is the option when hand dexterity, wrist movement, a pregnancy belly, or trouble reaching the deeper obturator muscles makes a standard wand awkward.

All four work vaginally or rectally. Use water-based lubricant only.

The "Intimate Rose - Silicone Vaginal Dilators - Full Set" features seven vibrantly colored cylindrical items made from medical-grade silicone, neatly sized from small to large with flat bases. The smooth-surfaced dilators come in shades such as purple, teal, green, and yellow to aid in pelvic health.

Intimate Rose vaginal dilators: graded exposure and pelvic floor relaxation

Intimate Rose vaginal dilators are a graduated set of eight smooth silicone sizes used in pelvic physiotherapy for vaginismus, post-treatment recovery, post-radiotherapy vaginal narrowing, and pelvic floor desensitisation. Four set options: Small (sizes 1-4, for starting out), Medium (3-6, mid-progression), Large (5-8, advanced), or Complete (all eight sizes).

Your physio will usually advise which set is right based on where you currently sit on the progression scale. The graduated-size approach lets you progress one size at a time, comfortably, with relaxation and breath work. Pair with the Intimate Rose Dilator Handle for easier reach.

Intimate Rose Kegel Weights: how they actually train the pelvic floor

The Intimate Rose Kegel Weights Set is six graduated silicone weights that train the pelvic floor in two specific ways: sensory feedback and gentle resistance. Gravity creates a small downward drag inside the vagina, and the pelvic floor reflexively contracts to hold the weight in place. That contraction is easier to feel, and easier to strengthen, than a kegel done without a tool.

The graduated set lets you start at the lightest weight and build up over time. Most physios suggest short sessions of five to ten minutes, two to four times a week. Not daily. Not all-day. Focus on both the lift and the let-go; both halves matter. Kegel weights suit pelvic floors that need strengthening, not pelvic floors that are already gripping.

Intimate Rose β€” FAQs

Intimate Rose pelvic wands are used internally with water-based lubricant for short, guided sessions of about 10-15 minutes. Apply gentle, sustained pressure to tight or tender areas, breathing through the release. Most pelvic physios suggest two or three sessions per week, paired with the in-clinic work you're already doing.

Intimate Rose dilators are used progressively. Start at a size that's comfortable today, then step up only when that size sits easily for several sessions. The focus is relaxation, breath work, and slow desensitisation rather than stretching or forcing. Most people use them three to four times a week.

Wands and dilators work different layers of the pelvic floor. Dilators work the superficial pelvic floor: stretching the entrance, desensitising, and maintaining vaginal patency. Wands work the deeper pelvic floor: manual muscle release for trigger points your fingers can't reach. Many physios use both.

Wash hands, apply water-based lubricant, then insert like a tampon while relaxed. Start at the lightest weight for five to ten minutes, two to four times a week. Focus on both the lift and the let-go. Check with your physio if strengthening is right for your pelvic floor.

Yes. Every Intimate Rose product is medical-grade silicone, body-safe, and reusable. Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after each session, then air dry. Use water-based lubricant only. Oil and silicone lubricants damage silicone over time.

Yes. Intimate Rose products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defective units, valid in Australia through Blossom Pelvic Health. For warranty claims, email hello@blossompelvichealth.com.au with photos of the issue. Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees sit alongside this warranty and cover faulty or damaged items.

For internal tools (wands, dilators, kegel weights), yes β€” a pelvic physiotherapy assessment is strongly recommended first. A physio assessment will work out what's causing your dysfunction and determine the right tool. For example: if weakness is your issue, a pelvic wand won't help. If your muscles are already too tight, kegel balls will make symptoms worse.
