The patented triple-layer Anatomical Support Panel gives gentle, consistent support exactly where you want it, while the over-the-bump waist sits up and over your belly for full coverage. The fabric is breathable and anti-chafe, designed for long, comfortable wear, and built to hold its shape after 100 washes. Developed in consultation with a Melbourne obstetrician.

SRC pregnancy shorts are a graduated medical-grade compression garment (ARTG 341087) worn through pregnancy. The over-the-bump style sits up over your belly and uses a patented triple-layer support panel to give firm, comfortable support to your lower back, pelvis and abdomen.

Over-the-bump sits up and over your belly for full coverage and a feeling of extra support; under-the-bump (our Maternity shorts) sits below the bump. Both give the same compression — it comes down to preference, warmth and how your skin feels.

Yes — wear them for as many hours as they feel comfortable, day or night. The gentle, constant compression is designed for long wear and won't deactivate your muscles, so many people find them comfortable to sleep in.

There's no fixed rule — many people start when they want more support as the bump grows, and they're designed for wear throughout pregnancy. If you have a pregnancy concern, check with your GP or midwife.

Sizes run XS–XXL. SRC sizes on your measurements rather than your usual clothing size, so measure against their chart, ideally with someone helping. Between sizes or unsure? Message us before you order.

Yes. Pregnancy shorts support a growing bump and are worn during pregnancy; the recovery range is a separate garment for after birth. SRC doesn't recommend wearing recovery garments during pregnancy.
