SRC's under-the-bump maternity shorts use graduated, medical-grade compression to support your body through pregnancy — easing the load on your pelvis and lower back so you can move more comfortably. The under-the-bump waist sits below your belly, with the same support as our over-the-bump style and no compression over the bump.

The patented triple-layer Anatomical Support Panel gives gentle, consistent support where you want it, in breathable, anti-chafe fabric built for long, comfortable wear. Developed in consultation with a Melbourne obstetrician.

Maternity shorts sit below the bump with no belly coverage; pregnancy shorts sit up over it. Both give the same compression — choose on preference, warmth and how your skin feels.

Yes — for as many hours as they feel comfortable. The gentle, constant compression suits long wear, and many people find them comfortable to sleep in.

Whenever you'd like more support as your bump grows; they're made for wear throughout pregnancy. Check with your GP or midwife if you have a pregnancy concern.

Sizes run XS–XXL. SRC sizes on your measurements rather than clothing size, so measure against their chart, ideally with help. Between sizes or unsure? Message us before you order.

No. Maternity shorts support a growing bump during pregnancy; the recovery range is a separate garment for after birth. SRC doesn't recommend wearing recovery garments during pregnancy.
